Intelligent construction design: The unit features a belt-driven jaw crusher-like design, which reduces the impact of crushing-related vibrations on the hydraulic system.
Italian Casappa hydraulic motor: A highly efficient hydraulic system ensures that the hydraulic system remains cool even in harsh, high-temperature conditions or during intensive, continuous operation. This solution prevents damage to the motor and eliminates the need for diversion, reducing the risk of material blockages.
German FAG bearings and Japanese Samsung belts: These components guarantee reliability under harsh operating conditions, eliminating breakage, ensuring stable flywheel operation and long-lasting durability.
The device operates on the principle of a bucket with two crushing jaws, one fixed and the other directly driven by a motor, moving back and forth relative to it. It features a unique, aggressive figure-of-eight crushing motion that provides a high-quality cube product, allowing aggregate to be reused on site.
Crushing of construction waste/concrete – outlet opening 4 cm – processes about 40-50 tons per hour.
Crushing granite (hard rock) – 4 cm outlet opening – processes about 20 tons per hour.
